Tracy Verissimo

Tracy Verissimo started at The Color Salon in 1995 as a high school student while also attending a cosmetology program. Tracy comes from three generations of Cosmetologists making this career an easy path to follow. She came to The Color Salon excited and enthusiastic to learn the art of hair color as an assistant to Barbara. Graduating her cosmetology program at the top of her class and receiving the Ruth Bullwinkle award for excellence in the program, she entered the field of beauty.

My name is Ulisses Matos Lopes and my interest in becoming a hair stylist started with art mediums such as painting and sculpting. By combining these two forms, I have applied it into hair dressing. I have found my passion in the beauty industry. I began my career as a native in Puerto Rico. I moved to Philadelphia and eventually to Florida. Here in Florida, I have enjoyed working in a number of top salons. I had a unique educational experience with one of the best stylists in the industry who helped me to enhance mu skills as a hair dresser. As an artist, my passion is to enhance natural beauty and individuality, using hair as my canvas. I am a licensed cosmetologist and a graduate of the Aveda Institute who can create any style from classic to colorful and edgy, and taking the time to ensure you get the style you truly hope for. I am known for my meticulous attention to detail and attention to anyone in my chair. I keep up with all the latest trends and techniques, and I will teach you how to recreate your look at home. My ultimate goal is to make people look amazing, so they feel amazing.
